This song was written  in this pandemic season to bring forth encouragement and comfort  to God’s people.  City of God was inspired by Psalms 46 .” God is our refuge and strength and a very present help in times of trouble.” I  remembered sitting around my piano and I asked God for his message to His people in this pandemic time and season. I immediately reached out for my bible and God had me turn to Psalms 46. My wife who is an anointed intercessor felt the same anointing joined me in worship and out of her belly she began to pray and interceded for God’s people. She called forth God’s power, love and sound mind upon all those who are battling with anxiety and fear.  We felt the  urgency to record this song as it was given to us, ” The City Of God. “
